Rebecca, the duty manager, stood out for going above and beyond with assistance. I couldn't get enough of the lavish breakfast spread—it was the perfect way to start my day!

i almost considered giving this hotel a good review, but then the rude staff tried to charge me for an emergency bag that was poorly sealed—how absurd! the breakfast was just okay, not breathtaking like they claimed. i also expected a complimentary gesture for all my troubles, but alas, nothing. disappointing to say the least!

Had a great time staying here with friends! The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We checked out the golf club and the Guanlan Cultural Park, both were amazing spots you shouldn’t miss. The fitness center was also a bonus for our active group.
